post About Me

@ Highbury GarageThis is the personal site of Iain Craig - code ninja, guitar warrier, freedom fighter. There’s free software (some binary, some with source), music to listen to, and other goodness.

I’m a professional programmer currently living in Aberystwyth, on the West coast of Wales. I’m comfortable with C++, C#, Java, PHP, HTML/CSS, JS/Ajax, ActionScript/Flex SDK, Lua, TorqueScript, various assemblers, and probably a few I’ve forgotten.

This site is my dojo :D As a hardcore techno experimentalist I have projects in various fields that I document here.

I write a fair amount of code, especially pretty graphics stuff. I’m very interested in virtual spaces.

I sing and play guitar in The B.U., and produce music as Cursor.

I also do electronics stuff, including guitar effects design, BEAM robotics, μCs, HV, radio and various other things.

The site used to contain swaths of code that’s probably not really useful to anyone any more. I’ll only be adding newish stuff so if there’s something you’re looking for that you think used to be here, tell me about it.

Communication of any kind is invited; email coldcity@gmail.com. I’m happily employed by an ace web house just now, but they do let me do my own thing too, so you can always ask :)
